Returns & Refunds – Techstrow

Thanks for shopping with Techstrow — we truly appreciate your order and hope you love what you received. If something isn’t quite right, no worries, we’ve made returns simple.

Return Window
You can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. This means your return must be shipped back to us within that 14-day period.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns that show signs of wear or use. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your order for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds
Once your return reaches our warehouse, we’ll process it within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically take 7–10 business days to complete. After the refund is processed, it may take a few additional days (usually up to 3) for the funds to appear in your account. You’ll receive an email confirmation once everything is done.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll review the issue and make sure it’s resolved quickly.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear items (including socks)

  • Opened perfumes (if the original seal has been removed)

  • Final sale items marked as non-refundable

  • Items returned after the 14-day return period

Any item returned in a worn or damaged condition (that wasn’t reported beforehand) may be declined.

Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your location and courier. We’re also unable to cover any customs duties or import fees related to returns.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping your proof of shipment. Without tracking or proof, we’re unable to assist with lost returns.

Processing Time
As soon as you start a return, we’ll begin handling it on our side. Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, processing takes up to 10 business days. After that, your refund will be issued and confirmed by email.
